Understanding and enabling the dialogue
Understanding stakeholder expectations and requirements is key for companies in pursuing strategic goals. But how do you convey the message as a corporate and how do you make use of this information as an investor? In this course, we build a fundamental understanding for the different dialogues between investors and corporates: who are the participants, what are goals and how do these interactions impact its participants. Starting from the well-established financial dialogue, we extend our focus into the governance and sustainability dimension, develop what is relevant content in each dialogue, what it intends to achieve and how it is organized within companies and the investment process.
