Der guten Tradition der Mitgliederversammlungen (MV) folgend, lädt der Gastgeber Evonik am Vortag der MV zu einem geselligen Austausch beim Abendessen ein. Am Nachmittag besteht außerdem die Möglichkeit, an einer Werksbesichtigung des Chemieparks Marl sowie des Science-to-Business Centers der strategischen Innovationseinheit CREAVIS, teilzunehmen – Abfahrt des Shuttles ist um 13.15 Uhr (Rellinghauser Str.5, 45128 Essen). Um 18.00 Uhr kommen wir zu dem Abendessen zusammen, um den Abend gemeinsam ausklingen zu lassen.

Diesmal werden unter anderem die Umsetzung der Marktmissbrauchsverordnung in der Praxis und die Neuregelung der Quartalsberichterstattung nach neuem Recht aufgegriffen. Darüber hinaus befassen wir uns mit Themen wie dem Dialog zwischen Investor und Aufsichtsrat, dem Integrated Thinking, Integrated Reporting und Ethik am Kapitalmarkt und vielen anderem mehr.
